Assess storage requirements for coffee and cocoa, including clean and dry conditions, pest management, controlled access, segregation, stock identification and documented movements.

Maintain clear records for received quantities, weights, lot references, sampling, inspection results, stock adjustments and dispatch. Coffee and cocoa need commodity-appropriate handling, and quality claims must be supported by inspection or test results.

Coordinate collection schedules, loading, handovers, transport records, export documentation and shipment milestones with the exporter and service providers. Confirm responsibilities, insurance and delivery terms in writing.

Warehouse receipt-backed finance depends on a licensed warehouse that participates in Uganda's Warehouse Receipt System, and on the commodity and arrangement being eligible. Any financing is subject to the lender's eligibility and approval. Agro Network does not issue regulated warehouse receipts or guarantee finance.
